Personal Background

     Prior to his successful real estate career of 12 years, Bob was an insurance claim   

     manager with operational responsibilities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska,

     Hawaii, and California.  He has been married to Kathy for over 30 years.  They have

     two grown sons.  Kevin is an economic consultant in Santa Barbara and Ryan is

     Director of Operations for an investment firm in New York City.
